Issues with Xiaomi

Sometimes Xiaomi phones can cause troubles for users of sports applications. Have you ever had a longer route not saved and the Activy application turned off during your activity?

Usually the problem does not lie with the Activy app, but with the system in Xiaomi phones, which can automatically disable the route recording in Activy in order to save battery.

In the vast majority of cases, however, it is enough to change the settings on the phone to be able to easily save even the longest distances on the Xiaomi phone.

Depending on your system version, we recommend the following:

1. After starting the application, open the taskbar ("square" on the bottom bar). Then press and hold the Activy view and click on the lock icon to lock Activy on the taskbar.

2. Go to the phone settings in the Applications section (advanced options) and turn on all permissions for Activy regarding power / battery use, background operation or after turning off the screen. The settings are slightly different in each system, the suggested solution is below:

Settings> Applications> Installed Applications> Find in Activy list> Power saving> No restrictions

3. Give the application permission to use the GPS signal: Settings> Applications> Installed Applications> Find in the Activy list> Application permissions> select permissions
