Location settings

Location settings are crucial. Without them, the app won’t receive the GPS samples from your phone. Right after downloading Activy or during the first ride, the app will ask for permission to access your location. If you’re unsure, whether you authorized this access or changed the settings in the meantime, there are two possible solutions:


  • Settings > Apps > Activy > App Permissions > tick „Location”
  • Settings > Location > Permissions > find „Activy” on the list and tick it
  • Settings > Apps > on the top right corner menu „App Permissions” > Location > find „Activy” and turn it on





Turn on „High accuracy locating method”


Make sure the „High accuracy locating method” is turned on. You’ll find it in the Location settings or Privacy settings. It’s essential :)
