We appreciate the recorded effort of your legs and we want to protect the Activy community from misuse. That is why we introduced a few limits.
Routes are not imported when:
- they are manually put in without the use of GPS or uploaded from a .GPX file
- edited manually (for example, changing the distance or type of activity)
- saved as an activity other than „cycling” (for example, running or e-bike)
However, if your route did not synchronize properly, check if the accounts are actually connected on strava.com (My Profile > Settings > My Apps).
The synchronization might be blocked by an extended privacy defence from your Strava account settings.
